Privacy Policy

Drivio is a driving theory test preparation app for iOS, developed by Vladislav Zinchuk ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.
1. Data We Collect
The App stores the following data exclusively on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults mechanism. This data is never transmitted to us or any third party.

2. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavior tracking
- Crash reports
- Any data through third-party SDKs
The App has no network requests of its own. All question content is bundled inside the app and works fully offline.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Purchase entitlement is verified locally on your device via StoreKit 2. No purchase data is sent to our servers.
4. Push Notifications
The App may request permission to send local push notifications for:
- Daily study reminders
- Exam countdown alerts (30, 7, 3, 1, 0 days before your exam date)
- Streak protection reminders
- Study milestone achievements
All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No external notification services are involved. You can disable any notification type in the App's Settings screen or in iOS Settings → Notifications → Drivio.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties. The App contains no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or external APIs.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
All data is stored locally on your device. To delete all app data, uninstall the App. iOS will remove all associated data automatically upon uninstallation.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require account registration.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
