Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Drivio iOS application, developed by Vladislav Zinchuk ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

Drivio is a driving theory test preparation app designed to help users study for official driving license exams in Georgia. The App provides:

• Categorized theory questions (categories A, B, C, D, AM)
• Practice and exam simulation modes
• Study progress tracking per topic
• An optional Pro subscription for full content access

The App is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It does not guarantee success on any official exam.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional Pro subscriptions:

• Monthly subscription — access to all categories for one month
• Annual subscription — access to all categories for one year

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's Terms of Service.

Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Content Accuracy

The questions and answers in the App are based on the official Georgian driving theory exam materials. We strive to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free.

The App is a study aid only. Always verify requirements with the official licensing authority. We are not responsible for any exam results.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including questions, images, text, and design — is the property of Vladislav Zinchuk or its respective owners. Question content is derived from official public exam materials of the Georgian road safety authority.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to exam failure, loss of data, or device issues.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
